VP Product
This is a rare chance to be a product leader who defines how Aevi wins across global markets. As VP Product, you'll own product delivery and roadmap execution end-to-end—working closely with engineering, professional services, and sales to ensure we're building the right things, at the right time, for the right customers.
You’ll be both strategic and hands-on: setting direction one day, digging into customer requirements the next. You’ll have a direct line to the SVP Product & Solutions and real influence over where the company goes.
What you'll do
-
Own the global product roadmap
- Define, maintain, and communicate 3–6 month and 6–12 month roadmaps.
- Translate market needs from multiple regions into a clear, prioritised plan that engineering and commercial teams can rally behind.
-
Deliver for customers worldwide
- Drive product enhancements that meet the requirements of diverse markets—regulatory, commercial, and technical.
- Be accountable for shipping payment applications that customers around the world love.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
