The Team You’ll Join

This role sits within the Provenir Product team, a horizontal global team that ensures the success of the Provenir offering. The team covers the following functions:

  • Product Management: Management of the product life cycle working closely with technology teams.
  • Product Design: Designing intuitive, user-centred experiences and interfaces across the product portfolio.
  • AI/Innovation: Exploring and developing emerging AI and innovative capabilities to keep our products at the leading edge.

Furthermore, the team executes in tight collaboration with key functions in the business including Technology, Sales, Finance, Marketing & Delivery to optimise our end-to-end operation and our growth.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own product strategy and management across our Decisioning & Decision Intelligence capabilities. You will drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

You will act as the senior Product Management leader within our Global Product team, driving the success of our innovative product portfolio with your expertise. You will shape a high value commercial proposition and enable its success through collaboration with internal teams as well as working externally to engage with customers. This is a remote role, with occasional travel to the regional offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive our product development process from ideation to launch, including direct responsibility for coordinating the roadmap and product requirements
  • Work with engineering and design teams to document and define functional and technical requirements
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer needs to identify market opportunities and product requirements.
  • Develop a clear and compelling product proposition that resonates with target audiences and will lead to commercial success, differentiating our offering in the market.
  • Enable the Sales and Customer Success teams to drive success externally with customers, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively communicate the value of the product.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-sales, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of the product.
  • Track and measure the success of the product modules and create GTM strategies to grow associated revenues.
  • Develop close working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business with strong emphasis on communication; ensuring excellent articulation and frequent communication to relevant parties on the ongoing plans, associated timelines and tasks.

Qualifications, Strengths and Skills

  • Track record of working in B2B SaaS companies
  • Extensive experience working in Product Management, including in a product leadership capacity
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing product management teams, ideally across multiple regions
  • Credit Risk/Fraud Industry knowledge
  • Good to have Spanish language skills
  • Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Experience collaborating with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends and make data driven decisions
  • Capability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes
