We are seeking a visionary product leader with expertise in AdTech, supply-side platforms, and data-driven orchestration—collaborating with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to deliver innovative media solutions for global clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop containerized bidder solutions in supply-side environments, enhancing Media Solutions’ technical edge.
- Design & refine the agentic orchestration layer for seamless integration and innovation.
- Work closely with Open Intelligence, Agentic Data Platform, and WMS Product teams to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Translate global strategy into a unified product roadmap, future-proofing orchestration solutions.
- Architect an AI-driven product strategy, integrating predictive intelligence, automation, and machine learning into core media offerings.
- Balance operational excellence with next-generation innovation, ensuring legacy suites scale while pioneering future portfolios.
- Own the orchestration product roadmap, prioritising investments based on business impact.
- Ideate differentiated solutions with the Global Media Solutions team using data and intelligence.
- Drive high predictability in outcomes via advanced data and AI frameworks.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Technical & Industry Expertise
✅ 10+ years in AdTech Product Management, ideally with deep supply-side platform (SSP) and agentic ad marketplace experience. ✅ Mastery of programmatic and agentic ad management standards and technologies. ✅ Advanced knowledge of agentic systems, machine learning, and AI embedding applied to AdTech/Martech. ✅ Strong grasp of AdTech/Programmatic financials, including commission models, demand economics, and yield optimisation. ✅ Extensive AdTech ecosystem footprint, with expertise in Ad Platforms, DSPs, SSPs, and Media Owners. ✅ Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and their practical applications in ad optimisation. ✅ Bonus: Experience with agency workflows and end-to-end data pipeline optimisation.
