The Role: Senior Product Manager (Orchestration)
This leadership position requires a visionary product manager with hands-on expertise in AdTech, orchestration technologies, and supply-side environments. You’ll collaborate across functions to future-proof Media Solutions while driving AI-forward strategies. Ideation, execution, and stakeholder alignment will bring cutting-edge solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine containerized bidder solutions in supply-side environments to enhance Media Solutions’ technical capabilities
- Spearhead the evolution of agentic orchestration layers, ensuring seamless integration with broader systems and groundbreaking innovation
- Partner with leads from Open Intelligence, Agentic Data Platform, and Global Media Solutions to deliver cohesive, high-impact roadmaps
- Translate global strategic goals into a unified roadmap for orchestration solutions, incorporating AI, automation, and machine learning
- Lead an AI-driven product strategy with predictive intelligence and Darwin-driven automation—balancing operational rigor with visionary investment
- Prioritise current product suites while sowing the seeds for future tooling and market initiatives
- Define tomorrow’s differentiated capabilities, working closely with the Global Media Solutions team
- Leverage Data & Intelligence tools to enhance outcomes predictability and strategic decision-making
What You Bring to WPP
Technical & Acquired Expertise
- Minimum 10 years in AdTech Product Management, with a track record of high-impact innovation
- Deep expertise in programmatic ad management and agentic ad management industry standards
- Proficiency in agentic technology and machine learning (especially within AdTech and Martech ecosystems)
- Advanced financial context of AdTech transactions and optimisations
- Extensive networks across AdTech vendors, Ad Platform providers, and Media Owners
- Basic familiarity with AI fundamentals, embeddings, and applied AI solutions for programmatic environments, with a slight preference for multi-expertise candidates
- Bonus for understanding agency workflows inside out
