8x8 connects our customers and teams globally, empowering CX leaders with performance and insights to make smarter decisions, delight customers, and drive lasting business impact.

With a new Chief Revenue Officer in place, we are resetting how we go to market across EMEA — and we are looking for a VP of Sales to build an elite, high-performance sales organisation spanning Enterprise and Commercial across Europe.

You will own a strategically critical and fast-growing revenue region, taking the 8x8 Communications Platform to market across diverse and complex geographies, and creating a culture that is competitive, accountable, and relentlessly focused on winning.

What You'll Own

  • EMEA revenue performance across new business and account management
  • A multi-layered organisation of Regional Directors and senior leaders, built to scale across multiple markets
  • The execution of a platform-led sales motion across UCaaS and CCaaS throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
  • A sales culture defined by energy, ambition, accountability, and results
  • Close partnership with channel, alliances, and partner organisations across the region

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead a best-in-class Enterprise and Commercial sales organisation across EMEA
  • Partner closely with the CRO to redefine go-to-market strategy across European markets
  • Drive predictable pipeline, forecasting discipline, and consistent target over-achievement across the region
  • Personally engage in high-value, complex enterprise deals across key EMEA markets
  • Attract, develop, and retain top sales leadership talent across multiple countries and time zones
  • Navigate multi-currency, multi-language, and multi-regulatory environments with commercial precision
  • Set the pace, raise the bar, and create a team people want to win with

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who You Are

  • A proven EMEA sales leader with experience at VP level or equivalent, with direct responsibility for the region
  • Deep background in Unified Communications, Contact Center, or cloud communications — ideally with a platform vendor or high-growth SaaS company
  • Experienced leading leaders across multiple European and international markets — not just individual contributors
  • Comfortable managing the complexity of EMEA: diverse languages, regulations, buyer behaviours, and partner ecosystems
  • Highly target-driven, competitive, and commercially sharp with strong financial acumen
  • Comfortable operating in fast-change, growth-oriented SaaS environments
  • Known for building strong teams, clear accountability, and winning cultures across distributed geographies
  • London-based or willing to relocate to London as the base for the role

Why This Role Matters

  • Direct influence on strategy, structure, and culture under a new CRO with a clear mandate to grow
  • Ownership of a high-growth international territory with global executive visibility
  • A differentiated single-platform story — UCaaS and CCaaS combined — in a crowded and fragmented market
  • The chance to build something significant across EMEA, not just inherit it
  • A London HQ that puts you at the centre of 8x8's EMEA commercial operations
