Job Description

We are seeking a strategic VP of Sales to drive revenue growth across multiple live entertainment and media platforms within a fast-paced, consumer-centric environment. This senior leadership role demands a visionary leader who will shape go-to-market strategies, build high-impact sales teams, and optimize performance across regions. Key focus areas include maximizing ticket sales, sponsorships, and partnerships, ensuring measurable business impact.

Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in scaling complex sales organizations, aligning sales motions with marketing, product, and operations, and delivering data-backed growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute enterprise sales strategy across digital platforms, live events, and ticketing channels.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing sales organization, setting clear targets, compensation plans, and career progression paths.
  • Forge strategic alliances with key partners, venues, and media outlets to expand market reach and sustain recurring revenue.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy and revenue pipeline health through rigorous analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor value propositions for large-scale clients and strategic accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the customer lifecycle—from acquisition to retention and upsell.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading multi-channel sales within entertainment, media, or live events at a VP-level or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in scaling sales teams, forecasting, and managing complex deals and partnerships.
  • Sharp strategic thinking with a balance of execution, leadership, and hands-on sales engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, including executives, venues, and agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools.
