Technology Business Manager (VP Level)
Location: Central London
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
A leading global investment bank is seeking a Technology Business Manager to join their Central London office as part of the Office of the Technology COO. In this senior role, you'll work closely with the Technology COO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and alignment between technology and business objectives across EMEA and international entities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial management, workforce strategy, governance, and communications.
- Drive cost optimisation, resource prioritisation, and transformation programmes.
- Develop performance frameworks for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to position Technology as a trusted partner.
What You Bring:
- Significant experience in technology COO or business management roles within financial services.
- Expertise in financial management, workforce strategies, and operational transformation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
