About the Role
In this critical position, you will:
- Implement best practices to validate regulatory reporting requirements while managing operational risk and remediating potential breaches.
- Support testing of operational reporting changes due to issue remediation or regulatory shifts.
- Act as a key liaison between Lines of Business and stakeholders, ensuring timely escalations related to reporting commitments.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to identify process improvements and automation opportunities while preserving risk control and governance standards.

Responsibilities
- Validate and manage regulatory reporting to prevent breaches.
- Test and monitor reporting changes arising from remediation efforts.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to streamline escalations.
- Drive automation and process optimisation alongside leadership.
Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in regulatory reporting, ideally within EMIR, MiFID/MiFIR, or SFTR.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Demonstrates initiative and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- A commitment to excellence in client service.
