We're looking for experienced vulnerability management and security operations professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. Your real-world expertise in how security teams discover, prioritize, and remediate risk is exactly what’s needed to make AI smarter about cybersecurity.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your hands-on security knowledge to a high-impact project—without leaving your home office.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze vulnerability reports, CVEs, and real-world exposure scenarios across infrastructure and applications
- Classify severity, exploitability, and business impact using frameworks you already know
- Review and evaluate patching, mitigation, and remediation decision-making scenarios for accuracy and realism
- Generate, label, and validate security-reasoning data used to train and benchmark AI systems
- Apply your practical judgment on what actually matters in production environments—not just theoretical risk scores

Who You Are
✔ 2+ years of experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or infrastructure security ✔ Solid understanding of CVEs, vulnerability scanners, patching workflows, and risk prioritization frameworks (CVSS, EPSS, etc.) ✔ You know the difference between a critical CVE on paper and one that’s actually exploitable in your environment ✔ Clear, structured, and analytical communicator—you can explain your reasoning in writing ✔ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have
- Experience with exposure management platforms (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz, etc.)
- Background in threat intelligence, red teaming, or cloud security
- Familiarity with AI evaluation or data labeling workflows
