What You’ll Do
Deliver prestige roadside support for Volkswagen vehicles, using manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics Take complete ownership of the customer experience, from arrival to completion of the repair Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction every time Handle a mix of warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped VWG van, tools, and uniform Work 40 hours/week – currently with a 7am–8pm shift range, with flexible standby hours to suit your life

Who you are
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Confident, independent, and customer focused Holds a full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points)
