Wagon and Drag Day class 1 Driver Norwich
Logistics done differently.
Are you an HGV driver fed up with not knowing when you’re working next? We’re looking for flexible Class 1 drivers to join us at our Anglian site in Norwich on a permanent contract. This contract operates predominately wagon and drag vehicles as well as rigids and artic vehicles.
Pay, Benefits And More
- You will be working five out of seven days with approximately two nights out per week with a night out rate payable at £26.20.
- Holiday is 25 days per year (excluding statutory bank holidays).
- Overtime is paid at time and a half after 52 hours.
- In return for your hard work, we will offer you a competitive salary of £39,206, with potential earnings in excess of £42,000.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Delivering glazing products across the UK
- Operating wagon and drag vehicles as well as rigid units and artics
- You will know your work pattern in advance
- This is a permanent contract giving you longer-term certainty

What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- We’ll need you to have a full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement)
- You’ll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
- A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
- Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
