Job Description
Gilpin Spice is a bold, beautiful, and buzzing restaurant inspired by the flavours of the Spice Trail – from India to Malaysia, Thailand to Japan. Set within the stunning grounds of Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, our Michelin recommended open-kitchen theatre and vibrant interiors create a truly immersive dining experience.
We’re looking for a charismatic, attentive, and energetic Waiter to join our award-winning team. You’ll be the face of Gilpin Spice, delivering exceptional service with warmth, flair, and precision.

Qualifications

- Experience in fast-paced and fine dining environments.
- Passion for food, people, and creating memorable moments.
- A calm, charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A desire to grow within a forward-thinking, modern restaurant built around fun and flavour.

Salary: from £12.80 to £13.10 per hour (casual hours available)
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £234 to £526 per month, pro rata to hours worked.
Hours: Zero-hours contract, casual basis
