About The Role
The Crystal Moon Lounge and Garden Restaurant Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in the lounge and restaurant area, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable, personalised, and in line with the luxury standards of the Crystal Moon Lounge and Garden Restaurant. This role requires a strong focus on attention to detail, professionalism, and providing a positive guest experience.
As part of the team, the Waiter will embody the company’s core values. The Waiter will provide efficient and attentive service while ensuring that guests’ needs are met and exceeded.
About You
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role, ideally within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or lounge environment.
- A strong focus on providing excellent guest service with attention to detail.
- Experience working with high-profile or discerning guests and maintaining professional conduct at all times.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both with guests and colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Takes pride in own professional grooming
- Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
- Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests
- A qualification or certification in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage services (preferred but not required).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
