Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City. We are currently seeking a Waiter to join our Ground Floor Restaurant team at 5 Hertford Street. Why work with us as an Waiter? Deliver a friendly, efficient, and professional service at all times to members and their guests. Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu and service styles to effectively support and guide guests. Assist the Head Waiter in providing seamless food and beverage service, ensuring a high-quality dining experience. What we are looking for?
