About The Job
At Langosteria, every interaction in the dining room is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. We’re looking for a Waiter who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for service to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in fine dining, works well in a team, and takes pride in providing seamless and elegant service.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and organization throughout service
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests
- Collaborate with colleagues, the kitchen, and the bar to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in maintaining mise en place of the dining room and supporting the Head Waiter

About You
- Minimum one year of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality
- Knowledge of service etiquette and restaurant operations
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment
