The Chancery Rosewood

The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

As a Waiter, you will be at the heart of our dining experience — the face our guests remember, the presence that transforms a meal into a memory. This is more than serving food; it is about Relationship Hospitality: reading the room, anticipating needs, and delivering moments of genuine connection with every interaction. If you take pride in flawless execution, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are driven by the joy of making people feel truly looked after, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverage service to the highest standard, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing meet our guests' expectations without compromise.
  • Engage warmly and knowledgeably with guests, offering thoughtful menu guidance and upselling in a way that genuinely enriches their dining experience.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor teams to ensure seamless service flow, communicating clearly and proactively throughout each service.
  • Anticipate guest needs throughout the meal — from dietary requirements to pacing preferences — adapting service to ensure every guest feels individually cared for.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, mise en place, and table presentation, upholding the environment of excellence our guests expect.
  • Handle guest concerns swiftly and professionally, escalating where necessary and always ensuring a positive resolution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
