Waiter – Hawksmoor

As a Waiter at Hawksmoor, you’ll deliver warm, confident, and knowledgeable service that makes guests feel genuinely looked after. This is a hands-on, floor-based role where you’ll guide guests through the menu, work closely with the team, and help create memorable dining experiences, whether for a casual meal or a special occasion.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly, professional service on the restaurant floor
- Guide guests through the menu, drinks, and wine list with confidence
- Take orders accurately and ensure smooth communication with the kitchen and bar
- Collaborate with the team to maintain seamless service
- Anticipate guest needs and handle feedback with care and professionalism
- Uphold Hawksmoor’s standards of service, presentation, and hospitality

Who You Are
- Passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with guests
- Calm, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Previous waiting experience is helpful but not essential—full training provided
