Waiter - Rondo
Company Description
We are looking for a Waiter to join the Rondo team.
The Hoxton, Holborn, was the second Hoxton to join the family, taking over a Grade II-listed building that was once the factory of George Kent, a famed maker of gadgets and instruments. Their gobstopping knife sharpener/cleaner now sits in the Science Museum.
After Kent, British Telecom (BT) moved in, and now this former telephone exchange is home to:
- 220 bedrooms
- The Apartment
- Rondo
Rondo is our neighbourhood restaurant in Holborn, offering a focus on seasonal local British dishes, unsung ingredients, and excellent wine. Under the leadership of chef Tristan Downes, this is the kind of place you wish existed at the end of your street—a mere stone’s throw from the capital’s most famous shopping and entertainment districts.

What You’ll Do
- Be the face of our guests’ experience and bring your personality to every table.
- Tell the story of Rondo from the moment guests arrive until they leave—ensuring every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
