Waiter
We are looking for very talented WAITER & WAITRESS to join our front of house Brigata at Sanremo, an Italian restaurant opening soon in Bath.
Requirements
- Big big Smile!
- Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
- Boundless passion for pasta, pizza, tiramisu e tutti i buoni prodotti!
- Previous experience as Waiter/Waitress or Chef de Rang
- English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
Responsibilities
- You will be the ambassador of SANREMO: adopt a warm, smiling, professional service and a "problem solver" attitude.
- You will guarantee the quality of service in the dining room: ensure a "SANRENMO style" service, accuracy of service, speed of service, and optimisation of table rotation.
- You will be responsible for the well-being of the customer during their time with us: ensure a 5-star service and contribute to providing the best customer experience at every stage of the service.
- You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails and participate in the training of more junior colleagues.
