Your Role
The front of house team at SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden is looking for a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our family. You will ensure every guest feels warmly welcomed and that their time with us is truly memorable. Your responsibility extends to delivering finest food and beverages with friendly, efficient, and flawless service from start to finish.

Your Requirements
As a Waiter/Waitress, your key tasks include:
- Embodying uncompromising hospitality through courteous and knowledgeable service
- Taking clear and accurate orders
- Answering menu questions with confidence
- Upselling our signature dishes and unique offerings
- Maintaining flawless communication with the kitchen
- Providing a warm, professional presence on the floor
Who We’d Love You To Be
- Experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in a fast-paced, high-quality environment (assessed during trial/interview)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Preferred: Previous lounge/bar experience and private dining room (PDR) knowledge
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including late finishes
- Availability to work any 5 days between Monday and Sunday
- A deep respect for diversity and individuality
- Commitment to maintaining high standards and following procedures
