Searcys have opened an incredible new venue in one of London's most iconic, historical spaces this year and are looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join the team.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our dedicated team at our Private Members Club at the National Gallery. As a waiter/waitress you will assist the floor managers in the day to day running of the Private Members Club. You will be required to run sections, understanding and delivering all guests requirements and offering seamless service, food and drink.
The role will be based in the newly refurbished Sainsburys wing at The National Gallery, and Searcys are proud to be working in collaboration with the World Famous, Michelin starred Chef Georgio Locatelli on this project.

Job Description
Salary: £15,85 plus service charge.
Working 5 days over 7
Full time: contract minimum 20 hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to our guests
- To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
- Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
- Nurture and develop new commis waiters
- Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
- Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
- Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
