£12.75 Per Hour + Tronc (Tips) – Permanent Contract Location: Belfast
About the Role

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth, controlled, and memorable dining experience for our guests. You’ll help manage the flow across service, while communicating effectively with the kitchen and management.
This is a 24/7/365 role—we operate every day of the year, and shifts are flexible to accommodate your preferences. While evenings and weekends tend to be busier, we adapt shift patterns to suit you during the interview process.
Your Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Work seamlessly with kitchen teams to deliver on-time, high-quality dining experiences
- Manage the flow of service while upholding company standards
- Take pride in the Malmaison brand—this means excellence in food, drink, and guest relations
