At El Pastor, we prioritise sustainability, sourcing the finest Mexican ingredients—including heritage corn, meats, and premium mezcals/tequilas.
About the Role
A position as Waiter/Waitress at our part-time London restaurant means being the face of a Sustainable Restaurant Association-starred brand, known for exceptional guest care and authentically Mexican dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, positive attitude in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly and exceed guest expectations
- Showcase our menus, allergens, and high standards of food and drink service
- Communicate effectively with team members to sustain a supportive work environment
- Maintain a strong command of English (verbal and written)

Requirements & Ideal Attributes
- Demonstrable experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant
- A passion for Mexican food and culture, and the hospitality industry
- Strong team ethic with diplomatic interactions and mutual respect
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
