About the Role
As a Waiter / Waitress, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding dining experience from the moment guests are welcomed until they leave. You'll have a passion for hospitality, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to anticipate guests' needs while working closely with your colleagues to deliver seamless service.
This is a three-month fixed-term opportunity, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver warm, friendly and professional service throughout every guest's dining experience.
- Confidently explain menus, daily specials and beverage recommendations.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to the highest standards.
- Build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences through genuine hospitality.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including food allergens and dietary requirements.
- Prepare and maintain restaurant areas to our brand standards.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- A positive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge (extremely competitive) + benefits
