The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters and Waitresses who are eager to deliver outstanding service to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and cared for throughout their dining experience. We value attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the menu, making recommendations as needed.
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area, ensuring that all table settings are up to standard.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a busy restaurant environment (approx. 1–2 years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for food, beverages, and providing excellent customer service.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Benefits
Pay & Earning Potential
- £15.50–£17.00 per hour typical take-home pay (including a discretionary share of the service charge/tronc)
- £36,270–£40,000 indicative annual earnings (based on a 45-hour week)
Hours & Rota
- Full-time, 5 days over 7 (including evenings and weekends)
- Rotas shared in advance
Holiday Entitlement
- 28 days per year (including public holidays, pro rata)
