Waiter / Waitress (Part-Time & Full-Time Available)
We’re looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitresses to join our growing front-of-house team at Harpers Southampton. Whether you’re starting out or already have experience, what matters most is your attitude, energy, and love for working with people.
Requirements
- Minimum age 16 (licensing requirement)
- A confident, friendly communicator
- High energy and a positive attitude
- Good organisation and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player who enjoys a busy environment
- Some hospitality experience is great — but not essential
Responsibilities
- Giving every guest a warm, friendly welcome
- Taking food and drink orders with confidence
- Serving hot, cold, and alcoholic drinks
- Handling payments (cash & card)
- Keeping the restaurant and bar areas clean and welcoming
- Supporting the team during busy shifts
- Making sure every guest leaves with a great experience
