Hotel Du Vin Restaurant Manager (Job Title)


Salary: Competitive – Full-time (Hours per week: 36-40) Contract Type: Permanent (with flexibility for shift patterns) Location: [Specific Hotel Location – Exact site to be confirmed during interview]


About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll:

  • Proactively manage the flow of guests, ensuring service coordination with the kitchen and hotel management team
  • Deliver a seamless experience, making Hotel Du Vin a place our guests remember and return to
  • Inspire the team to deliver world-class food, hospitality, and service
  • Work 365 days a year, 7 days a week, with shifts covering evenings and weekends (flexible patterns discussed post-interview)
