Hotel Du Vin Restaurant Manager (Job Title)

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll:
- Proactively manage the flow of guests, ensuring service coordination with the kitchen and hotel management team
- Deliver a seamless experience, making Hotel Du Vin a place our guests remember and return to
- Inspire the team to deliver world-class food, hospitality, and service
- Work 365 days a year, 7 days a week, with shifts covering evenings and weekends (flexible patterns discussed post-interview)
