About the Role
As a Waiter/Waitress, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. From welcoming guests with genuine warmth to confidently guiding them through our menu, you'll help create the thoughtful, personalised service that defines the tashas experience.
Working closely with our kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams, you'll ensure every guest leaves feeling cared for and eager to return.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver Exceptional Hospitality
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.
- Guide guests through the menu, offering knowledgeable recommendations and answering questions with confidence.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure they are delivered promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, engaging service throughout their visit.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and work with the management team to resolve any concerns.
Support Seamless Service
- Work closely with chefs, baristas and fellow team members to deliver a smooth dining experience.
- Prepare and reset tables to brand standards.
- Maintain clean, organised dining and service areas throughout every shift.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support your team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
