Job Title: Waiter / Waitress (Part-Time)
Venue: Bank de León
Location: Wolverhampton City Centre
Reports to: Floor Manager / Duty Manager
Role Overview
As a Waiter/Waitress at Bank de León, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience within a vibrant, Caribbean-inspired bar and restaurant setting. You will be responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient table service while maintaining the venue’s premium atmosphere and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional approach
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and presentable manner
- Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for all guests
- Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive dining experience

Food & Beverage Knowledge
- Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, including Caribbean dishes and drinks
- Make recommendations and upsell menu items, specials, and promotions
- Communicate clearly with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure order accuracy
Operations & Cleanliness
- Set up and clear tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floor area
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Ensure all service areas meet hygiene and presentation standards
Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with bar staff, kitchen staff, and management
- Support colleagues during busy periods
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth and timely service

Skills & Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible (evenings & weekends required)
Desirable
- Previous hospitality or waiting experience
- Interest in food, drinks, and Caribbean culture
