Responsibilities
- Understand and explain the Japanese dining concept to all guests while carefully checking for allergens.
- Anticipate and respond to table needs—serving guests with precision and personalised care.
- Collaborate closely with Head Waiters and Floor Managers to deliver seamless, exceptional service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction—checking at every served table and addressing feedback with professionalism.
- Ensure payment procedures are followed accurately.
- Be proficient with hospitality IT systems—Open Table, Adecco, and MARs Micros.

About You
- Essential:
- Front of house waiting experience in a high-end, food-led operation is non-negotiable.
- Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and customer service.
- Fluent command of English (both spoken and written).
- A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
