Responsibilities

  • Understand and explain the Japanese dining concept to all guests while carefully checking for allergens.
  • Anticipate and respond to table needs—serving guests with precision and personalised care.
  • Collaborate closely with Head Waiters and Floor Managers to deliver seamless, exceptional service.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction—checking at every served table and addressing feedback with professionalism.
  • Ensure payment procedures are followed accurately.
  • Be proficient with hospitality IT systems—Open Table, Adecco, and MARs Micros.

About You

  • Essential:
    • Front of house waiting experience in a high-end, food-led operation is non-negotiable.
    • Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and customer service.
    • Fluent command of English (both spoken and written).
    • A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
