Join the Regency Club, where you’ll deliver polished food and beverage service to guests in our prestigious VIP and Club Lounge, blending British heritage with contemporary luxury.
Based in the Marylebone area, you’ll serve guests within one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, enhancing their experience at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill.

To excel in the Waiter/ess position, you will:
- Provide superior food and beverage service to guests at the Club Lounge, exceeding their expectations
- Deeply understand and recommend all menu offerings, effectively upselling where appropriate
- Ensure timely, attentive service, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy
- Open and close assigned outlet duties by company standards
- Monitor stock supply levels to prevent waste and maintain guest satisfaction
- Give guests personalised information on our hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain a spotless, organised lounge and service area
- Continuously enhance the guest experience through innovation and attention to detail
About You
We’re looking for a passionate and service-motivated individual with:
- A strong foundation in food and beverage service, critically within a hotel or hospitality setting – if you have experience, this is essential
- Outstanding commercial readiness (specifically in a dynamic team environment)
- Articulate communication skills, with a knack for anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
- A pro-active, detail-oriented personality coupled with the stamina for high-pressure settings
- The ability to maintain standards and high productivity in a guest-facing role
