F&B Service Expert Role – Marriott International
Position Summary

- Maintaining a safe workplace

- Ensuring professional uniform, appearance, and communications
Consistency in delivering excellence is key for our guests and business.
Responsibilities
Your core duties include:
- Advocating five-star luxury hospitality in Food & Beverage operations
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness (your standard should set the tonal example)
- Proactively learning new menus, beverage offerings, and service standards (note: you may bring materials home for reference)
- Upholding Food Safety Programs and relevant legal regulations
- Reporting maintenance issues promptly to management/technical teams
- Ensuring food/beverage knowledge, operational awareness, and food hygiene excellence
- Exhibiting polished behaviour:
- Positive attitude and body language
- Professional grooming and communication style
- Participating in monthly team meetings and 1:1 catch-ups (essential for role insight)
- Willingness to handle additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
ideal candidates must bring:
- 1+ year’s hospitality experience (preferred in luxury hotels)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills (ability to build connections across teams)
- Attention to detail with a passion for industry-leading guest service
- Familiarity with hospitality operations to grasp role impact globally
- L2 Food Hygiene certification (preferred; upskilling facilitated if needed)
