Key Responsibilities

Luxury Service Delivery:
- Consistently uphold five-star luxury service standards within Food & Beverage operations.
- Advocate for immaculate guest relationships, ensuring interactions align with brand positioning.

Housekeeping & Presentation:
- Maintain cleanliness and order across all service areas. Set the benchmark as best practice.
- Ensure workspaces (tables, amenities, utensils) meet presentation standards at all times.

Training & Adaptability:
- Proactively study new menu items, beverage additions, and service changes—take copies home to retain knowledge.
- Report maintenance issues immediately (e.g., faulty equipment) to necessary personnel.

Compliance & Safety:
- Remain knowledgeable across company Food Safety Practices and all local/federal regulations.
- Prioritise product and service accuracy (food/beverage, hygiene standards, operational protocols).

Professionalism:
- Demonstrate uniform grooming standards, excellent body language, and positive verbal communication aligned with brand values.
- Represent the team through consistent postures (attitude), demeanour, and professional inquisitiveness.

Collaboration & Development:
- Attend all monthly departmental meetings and 1:1s to align with strategic goals.
- Support wider team success by fulfilling additional team assignments as requested by F&B Management.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Minimum qualification:
- 1+ year in hospitality or luxury service roles (preferably in service, waitstaff, or hotel settings).
- Key attributes:
- Exceptional communicative skills—engage diplomatically across all levels (guests, staff, management).
- Mastery of detail with a drive to exceed excellence in customer service.
- Familiarity with hotel operations (cross-departmental understanding supported).
- Customer-centric mindset—guests are at the core of every decision.
Training & Certifications
- Preferred:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification (required at some time in your future career—we encourage enrolment if not already achieved).
