Role: Waiter/Waitress – The May Fair Hotel & Iconic May Fair Bar

An exceptional opportunity to join the team at The May Fair Bar, part of The May Fair Hotel, a Five-Star luxury hotel. You will excel in providing world-class service, dining, and beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Fully understand the menu to confidently explain all food and drink items to guests, including allergen information
- Anticipate guest needs and tailor service to preferences and expectations
- Collaborate closely with Head Waiters and Floor Managers to deliver seamless, exceptional service
- Proactively check satisfaction levels at every table and handle feedback or complaints professionally
- Process payments efficiently and accurately in line with company procedures
- Be proficient with FOH IT applications, including Open Table, Adecco, and Micros
