Key Responsibilities

  • Fully understand the menu to confidently explain all food and drink items to guests, including allergen information
  • Anticipate guest needs and tailor service to preferences and expectations
  • Collaborate closely with Head Waiters and Floor Managers to deliver seamless, exceptional service
  • Proactively check satisfaction levels at every table and handle feedback or complaints professionally
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately in line with company procedures
  • Be proficient with FOH IT applications, including Open Table, Adecco, and Micros
