Position: Waiter/Waitress at The Stage at The Londoner
This is an opportunity to join our champagne bar at The Stage at The Londoner, where we serve:

You will:
- Master the menu and confidently explain our dining concept to guests, including allergen awareness.
- Read guest needs with precision and serve tailored experiences to their preferences.
- Collaborate closely with Head Waiters and Floor Managers to deliver a seamless, world-class service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction at each table and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Process payments in accordance with company policies.
- Be proficient with IT applications such as Open Table, Adecco, and Mictionary Systems.
About You
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have front-of-house waiting experience in a high-end food-led operation (essential).
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills.
- Have impeccable spoken and written English.
- Show a passion for food and beverage, combined with a drive to deliver exceptional hospitality.
