Overview
To carry out the service of all Food & Beverage (F&B) departments, maintaining the maximum quality standards required to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Service
- Assist the Senior Food & Beverage Assistant with the service of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to the 4 Red Star and 2 Rosette standards.
- Stay familiar with and understand the day’s menus.
- Lay out tables as directed.
- Check and prepare mise-en-place for each meal service.
- Handle, store, and clean food service equipment as detailed on work plans.
- Prepare the back area and wine station for every service.
- Know the specials and feature offerings on the menu.
