Duties and Responsibilities
As a ****Waiter / Waitress at Great Scotland Yard Hotel, your role will include:
- Delivering exceptional, personalised food and beverage service to enhance the guest experience
- Showcasing strong menu knowledge (menus, ingredients, and beverages) to make confident recommendations
- Proactively upselling high-quality offerings while maintaining a memorable guest experience
- Monitoring guest satisfaction, responding to requests, and resolving concerns promptly
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and restaurant organisation
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
- Providing accurate information on hotel services, dining options, and facilities to guests
