Role: Waiter/Waitress – Food & Beverage Excellence

- Exceptional Guest Service
- Craft unforgettable dining moments with flawless multi-course execution under luxury service tension.
- Menu Mastery: Be a specialist in food pairings, drinks realm (including after-service refills and recommendations), and hotel ancillary additions (e.g. spa packages).
- Proactive Exceptionalism: Anticipate needs—from napkin-fold elegance to wine-quiry guidance—elevating confidence and loyalty.
- Upsell & Revenue Growth
- Expertly convey historic significance of dishes and pairings; cross-sell beverages by type (e.g., curated local/all-inclusive events), rooms, and airport transfers.
- Seamlessly integrate promotions and turn guest requests (e.g. Congressional dining requests, inclusive children’s rates) into revenue opportunities.
- Operational Integrity
- Ensure flawless little details: table presentation, fine linen care, service station readiness (e.g. host tray, positively adjusted drink menus).
- Maintain shortest guest-to-section time coupled with flawless recovery execution from errors (e.g., underplating, incorrect callings).
- Collaborate with backend teams for efficiency and replenishment, utilising seamless handoff techniques to rotational shifts.
- Culture Flight Lead
- Champion the hyattwellbeing values: empathy, empowerment, and systemic uplifting of fellow team members with selfless language (e.g. "Good idea—let me notify").
- Drive morale through punctuality, praised gratitude for teammates, and loBMEM (loudly during staff rituals evalutions).
