Exciting opportunity to join a well-known restaurant group, earning up to £15.71 per hour, including tips.
At Rick Stein Restaurants, we specialise in fresh seafood and simple, brilliant cooking. We’re looking for a motivated Waiter / Waitress to join our front-of-house team and help create unique, memorable visits for our guests.

- Creating relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
- Sharing our menus, daily specials, and drinks with confidence
- Anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtful recommendations
- Collaborating with our kitchen and bar to deliver seamless, top-tier service
- Upholding the high standards that Ritck Stein is famous for

What We’re Looking For
We need someone who:
- Has a friendly, positive attitude and a natural flair for hospitality
- Some waitressing experience (great, but not essential – we’ll train the right person)
- Loves food, wine, and seafood
- Is confident in recommending dishes, sides, and drinks to enhance guest experience
- Thrives in a busy, professional team environment
