Waiter/Waitress - Alto, Locke Canary Wharf

A brand new opening. A fresh team. The faces of our floor from day one.

We are opening Alto at Locke Canary Wharf, and we are building our front of house team from scratch. Headed up in the kitchen by the brilliant Chris Dargavel, Alto is a brand new restaurant in one of London's most vibrant districts, and we are looking for talented Waiters and Waitresses to join the founding team.

This isn't a role where you blend into an established team. As a new opening, you help shape the way we do things, grow with the venue, and be recognised for it from day one. If you love great service, thrive on a busy floor, and want to be part of something from the start, we want to hear from you.

White Rabbit Hospitality is built on a love of proper hospitality and seriously good food. Alto will be no different.

Our Values, In Every Service:

  • HOSPITALITY IS AT OUR CORE - You know a warm, genuine welcome shapes the whole guest experience.
  • WE DO THE RIGHT THING - You look after guests and teammates alike, and never cut corners on standards.
  • WE PURSUE EXCELLENCE - You take pride in every detail, from a clean setting to a flawless plate delivery.
  • WE ARE ALL ENTREPRENEURS - You spot chances to upsell, add value, and make every table special.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
