Join White Rabbit Hospitality as Waiter/Waitress - Summer Season at Rusacks St Andrews
Spend your summer working above the 18th green of the Old Course. We're hiring Waiters and Waitresses to join the team at Rusacks St Andrews, a luxury Marine & Lawn hotel at the Home of Golf, for our busiest season of the year.
White Rabbit Hospitality operates Rusacks St Andrews, one of the world's most iconic golf hotels, alongside venues including The Randolph Oxford, Graduate Cambridge, Lina Stores and Kricket. This summer also marks the arrival of Rao's at Rusacks, the legendary New York Italian institution opening its first ever international residency on-site. It's a serious season to be on the team.
This isn't a role where you take orders and clear plates. As Waiter/Waitress at Rusacks, you'll work across our F&B outlets, The Bridge and Restaurant 18, delivering the kind of attentive, personable service that turns a hotel stay into a story guests tell back home.
Our values shape how we hire and serve: Hospitality is at our Core, We Do the Right Thing, We Pursue Excellence and We are all Entrepreneurs. The ethos is simple, work hard and be kind.
Our Values - In Every Service
- HOSPITALITY IS AT OUR CORE - make every guest feel genuinely welcome, from morning coffee to last orders.
- WE DO THE RIGHT THING - back your teammates, handle every table honestly, and own your mistakes.
- WE PURSUE EXCELLENCE - know the menu inside out, time the service, and sweat the small details.
- WE ARE ALL ENTREPRENEURS - spot the upsell, the celebration, the VIP, and act on it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
