Waiting List Coordinator – Diabetes and Endocrinology
We are looking for a motivated, friendly waiting list coordinator to join our team in Diabetes and Endocrinology and to make the role their own.
This exciting post will allow the successful candidate to gain experience and knowledge in a wide range of patient booking scenarios. The post holder will assist with booking patient appointments, and administration tasks which will include dealing with telephone enquiries, and general office duties, in order to ensure our clinics run smoothly.
The post holder will be expected to contribute to the provision of the highest standards of patient care, working accurately and able to multi-task.

You Will Be Required To
- Provide high quality patient-focused bookings within Endocrinology.
- Primarily support Endocrinology patients but at times will support diabetes, if the need arises.
- Have excellent communication skills and will need confidence when dealing with service users over the telephone.
- Handle patient information on a daily basis, so you will be expected to have a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Need good data entry and IT skills.
