Salary: £10.85 - £12.71 + Tronco
Location: Leeds – Hourly

Revolución de Cuba is more than just a venue; since 2011, we’ve offered an unlike-any-other experience. With vibrant food, premium drinks, live music, and an atmosphere that’s pure fiesta, we aim to keep the energy alive long into the night and beyond. Inspired by the backstreet bars of Havana, we serve a unique fusion of Spanish, Mexican, and South American flavours. We pride ourselves on being a havens for Rum enthusiasts, Latin flavour connoisseurs, and fiesta lovers.

What The Role Entails
Are you someone who loves Latin-inspired fresh food, rum-based cocktails, and live entertainment? We’re now looking to welcome energetic and positive individuals into our ** Cuban familia** as waiting staff (mesero).
Primary Responsibilities
- Be confident, engaging, and ensure guests feel truly welcomed
- Show willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain energy—whether super busy or chilled-out—and keep guests happy
No prior experience needed! Full training will be provided. We’re looking for individuals with an exciting personality who are driven by creating unforgettable guest experiences and enjoying themselves to make their best work.
