Waiting Staff- Monty's Diner
Waiting Staff - Monty’s Diner, Liverpool Airport
Part time contracts until end of September 2026!
- Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour
- Bonus: Extra £1.20/hour (midnight–6 AM shift boost), raising rate to £14.05/hour
- Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge Tip distribution not contractually guaranteed
Hours
24-hour operation (3 AM – 10 PM). Flexible shifts across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays & public holidays.

About the Role
Pre-Application Information
✅ Key requirements:
- Enthusiasm for hospitality service
- Commitment to 100% guest satisfaction
- 5 years’ references provided
- Criminal Record Check (DBS)
- Must be 18+ due to rotation requirements and serving duties
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service under pressure
- Take accurate food/drink orders via POS systems
- Serve efficiently—maintaining high service standards
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams to keep operations seamless ✔️ Strict adherence to cleanliness, organisation, & food safety ✔️ Professional handling of payments & customer queries ✔️ Support opening, closing & out-of-hours tasks
