The Opportunity
Global Highland are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join the Front of House team full time within a luxury hotel outside Dingwall. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a luxury hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to the highest standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Anticipate guests' needs and resolve any queries promptly and courteously.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Candidate must have own transport due to location of this role

What's On Offer
- £14.50 per hour with tips
- Full time 40 hours per week
- Opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
