WAITING STAFF - SABLE & CO, LIVERPOOL AIRPORT
Part time contracts until end of September 2026!
Pay & Benefits
- Pay rate: £12.85 per hour
- Bonus rate (midnight–6 AM): £14.05 per hour earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM
- Opportunity to earn extra tips and service charge *

- 3 AM to 10 PM

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Support kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
- Handle payments and customer queries professionally
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
- Collaborate as part of a busy and energetic team

Requirements
- 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check required
- Must be 18 years or older (due to certain role tasks and shift requirements)
- Ability to serve alcohol (where applicable)
