- £16,000–£28,000 (average 35-hour contract; this role is for 20 hours per week)
- Actual hourly rate: £15.45/hour
- Employment type: Permanent

In this role, you’ll:
- Quality Control – Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to meet or exceed expectations. Resolve issues promptly for customer satisfaction.
- Logistics Management – Coordinate catering equipment setup, breakdown, and inventory for events. Ensure smooth flow of food, beverage service, and guest interactions.
- Customer Service –
- Build positive relationships with clients/guests.
- Handle inquiries, dietary requests, and concerns with professionalism.
- Solicit feedback to continuously improve services.

Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Ensuring food quality and presentation meet BaxterStorey’s high standards.
- Overseeing logistics for events, including supply coordination and quick resolution of issues.
- Ascertaining customer needs, from special dietary preferences to personal requests.
- Supporting team collaboration while delivering outstanding service.
- Contributing to the company’s continuous improvement through adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
