Waking Night Care Professional (Driver Preferred)

Locations: Bromley, Lewisham & Sevenoaks

£129–£141 per waking night shift (weekdays and weekends) | £81–£90 per sleep-in shift | Paid Training

Because this is a block shift role, you don't need to live in Bromley, Lewisham or Sevenoaks. As long as you can travel reasonably to support customers across these areas, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Waking Night care professional, you'll stay awake throughout your shift, providing reassurance and support to customers during the night. Every shift is different, but you could be:

  • Supporting with personal care
  • Helping customers move safely around their home
  • Administering or prompting medication
  • Preparing light meals or drinks if needed
  • Offering companionship and reassurance
  • Monitoring customers' wellbeing throughout the night
  • Keeping accurate care records

You'll receive paid shadowing, full training and ongoing support while completing the Care Certificate, helping you feel confident from your very first shift.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

A full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred, as you'll be travelling between customers across Bromley, Lewisham and Sevenoaks.

  • Tax-free mileage at 35p per mile
