Your Role
Every day is different, but you will:
- Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care
- Build positive relationships and encourage healthy routines
- Prepare meals, support education, and develop life skills
- Advocate for young people and ensure their voices are heard
- Support medical appointments and community activities
- Transport young people using your own vehicle when required
- Help them move confidently towards independence

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Flexibility to work waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins when required
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- An NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
What You’ll Receive
Competitive Pay
- £17.50–£24.00 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
- £20.00–£28.00 per hour Umbrella
