Position: Waking Night Project Worker
Location: Sandhurst
Salary: £12,561 per annum/£13.42 per hour
Hours: Part-time (18 hours per week)
Join our caring team at 223 College Road, a small, supported living home for adults with learning disabilities and a range of support needs. We work together to create a warm, inclusive environment where each person feels respected, understood and empowered to live as independently as possible.
The Role
Support residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and wellbeing

About You
You are reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive support. You work well both independently and in a team. Experience is helpful, but not essential - full training and the chance to gain a recognised qualification are provided.
A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
